Franck Albespy

A fine hotel strategist, Franck transforms a sales and marketing plan into an exciting reality to see and experience

From his earliest childhood, Franck was immersed in the hotel business.
Born to restaurant owners, his path seemed to be clear.

Like Ulysses, a passionate traveller, he travels the world and learns the art of hospitality in a wide variety of settings. He has worked at the Moana Beach Park Royal in Bora Bora and at the Ashbury Golf Course Manor in England.

Back in his native land, he was quickly recruited by the Noga Hilton Geneva where he honed his sense of human relations, welcoming in turn official delegations, captains of industry, heads of state and artists.

Climbing the ladder one by one, the Beau-Rivage Genève spotted him and entrusted him with the position of Head of Reception, which quickly evolved into Director of Reception Services. He could not have dreamt of a more beautiful jewel to practice the art of entertaining.

A valiant representative of a new generation of hoteliers, he was elected National President and International Vice President of the Amicale des sous-directeurs et chefs de réception des grands Hotels.

As a member of the executive committee, he will co-organise international conferences, including the world's best receptionist competition.

Encouraged by his peers, Franck took over the commercial management of Beau-Rivage. He developed an ambitious strategy of conquest for the Genevan Palace, where his talent for international relations could be expressed. Europe, Asia, North America, the trips follow one another and it is in the Middle East where he will establish solid roots and record his greatest successes.

Always in search of innovation, it collaborates with the best specialists and adopts the latest optimisation tools: Revenue Management, Business Intelligence Reporting, Benchmarking, marketing digitalisation. All these technologies are now essential for success.

Although he is passionate about business development and strategy, it is above all in human relations that he finds his inspiration. As a lover of wide open spaces and nature, he draws his energy from them and puts it into ever more exciting projects.

Aldo Giacomello

Aldo Giacomello

Aldo loves human relations to the point of connecting the world with the whole earth. He has no limits other than yours

From a very young age Aldo has been attracted to human relations, which he has elevated to the rank of an art of living.

What better way to live his dream than in the hotel industry, and more specifically in the concierge business? At the age of 16, he found himself working at the Reichsbahn Hotel in Stuttgart without speaking a word of German, then in Baden-Baden. After two years in the heart of the Black Forest, he was offered a position at a palace in Marbella for its opening.

Along the way, with his nose to the wind and free as a bird, he stopped in Geneva to perfect his French. Fate led him to pass through the doors of Beau-Rivage as one passes through those of a sacred temple. It was a revelation!

Seized by the charm of Geneva and in osmosis with what will become "his" house, he feels pride, respect and affection for this jewel of the hotel industry. This long journey will be sealed by the wedding of an orchid after a fantastic and very enriching journey. Along the way, he will become, in the words of the angels who adorn Beau-Rivage and of the guests, "the Prince of concierges" or "the concierge of Princes".

Customer care and personal relationships have enabled him to travel the world and discover its different cultures in order to better understand the wishes and expectations of his guests. By dint of cultivating a genuine culture of hospitality, he was elected World President of the Clefs d'Or Concierges in 2001. Aldo also had the privilege of participating in the evolution of the American Express international Lifestyle concept and its Centurion programme.

When he left Beau-Rivage a short time ago, the man could have written volumes and volumes about his life as a concierge and his privileged relationship with a palace clientele. However, he chose to launch a new challenge by initiating Ulysse Global Service in partnership with former colleagues and friends in order to put all his skills, his relationships and his enthusiasm at the service of your dreams.

No doubt that if Ulysses had met Aldo, he would have taken him with him to Ithaca to open all the doors.

Marc Pierrain

With a passion for concierge services and accommodation, Marc makes every detail a precise and unforgettable journey

Vice-major of the sixth promotion of the International Concierge Institute in Paris, Marc began his career in the internationally renowned Parisian palaces such as the Lutétia and the Raphaël. If an enchanted world is opening up to him, the world of concierge services has just gained a choice ambassador!

In order to perfect his English and open himself up to a new culture, he left for London where he climbed the ladder of concierge services within the InterContinental group. Seven years later, it was in Seville that he learned Spanish and a new approach to his profession, before settling on the shores of Lake Geneva. First of all, it was the Hôtel Royal in Evian that opened its doors to him, before he joined the Beau-Rivage in Geneva, a short distance away.

A keen observer, Marc understands and learns quickly. This state of mind led him to be elected Vice President and then President of the Clefs d'Or International Concierge Association for Switzerland. His years with the Clefs d'Or will allow him to develop and build new relationships and skills, such as organising conferences and participating in the setting up of the concierge service for Centurions clients at American Express.

After thirty years of hotel experience, Marc has opened a new chapter by joining the world of aesthetic medicine. At the Forever Institut reception in Geneva, his first love does not leave him. He remains, in fact, at the service of the customers and their needs. Little by little, he forged a solid reputation by becoming a fine connoisseur of this field and a privileged confidant of a clientele whose needs are, in essence, similar to those of the hotel industry; discretion, efficiency, rigour and a sense of ethics are the cardinal points.

Considering that excellence is in the detail, Marc never tires of surprising.

It is said that he is a magician of attentions.
